Bailey is the Stones Crossing Worship Director and joined the Emmanuel staff in September of 2025. Bailey and her husband have two children – Asher and Noa. Bailey loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys thrifting, organizing, fashion, spending time outside, and trying new restaurants and foods.

Colby Lovins

Worship Director

Columbus

Colby serves as the Production & Worship Director for the Columbus Campus, joining the Emmanuel staff in July 2026. He and his fiancée, Caylyn, are looking forward to getting married in June 2027. Outside of his staff role, Colby leads worship in the Columbus and Seymour areas with the young adult worship group Treasured Generation. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing guitar, and singing. If you ever need a conversation starter, ask him about the next Marvel movie.

Kelsie Reiker

Worship Pastor

Southern Region

Kelsie lives in Seymour with her husband, Steven, and their son, Werner. She loves getting lost in a good book, going for a run, listening to podcasts, and traveling. She’s also a loyal Purdue basketball fan and rarely misses the chance to cheer on the Boilermakers. In their free time, her family enjoys spending time at their family farm, doing life with their small group, and planning their next Disney trip! If you visit the Seymour Campus, be sure to admire her color-coordinated book shelf.

Jared McCormick

Regional Worship Director

Martinsville · Banta · Greenwood East

Jared joined the staff at Emmanuel in September of 2020 and previously served as the Stones Crossing Production Director prior to stepping into his current role. Jared and his wife Andrea have 4 kids (all boys): Jackson, Eli, Theo, and Wyatt. Jared loves spending time with his family, playing music, and cooking outdoors.

Joey Gearries

Creative & Programming Pastor

Joey has called Emmanuel home for 30+ years. He is deeply passionate about how Emmanuel's worship culture reflects our mission to see people "Come to Christ and grow in Christ"

Joey and his wife Allison are aunt and uncle to 7 amazing nieces and nephews, and hope to one day adopt a child of their own. Joey loves commissioning his fantasy football league, mercilessly competing at Settlers of Catan, and meal prepping for him and is beautiful wife!

Rafael Avilez

Worship & Production Director

Banta

Rafael serves as the Worship & Production Director at Emmanuel Church Banta. He is passionate about creating environments where people can encounter Jesus and helping teams discover the joy and purpose of serving the local church.

Rafael and his wife, Anna, are raising their daughter, Marianna. When he’s not serving at church, you’ll find him cooking, gaming, collecting One Piece Funko Pops, or enjoying time with his family.

Scott Lane

Centralized Worship Director

Scott supports all campuses, mostly behind the scenes, and joined the staff at Emmanuel in October 2023. Scott and his wife Pamela have two kids – Norah and Hunter. Scott loves spending time with his family, reading, playing guitar, and sharing his love for different types of music.

Greg Lammers

Worship and Production Director

Franklin

Greg serves the Franklin campus as the Worship and Production Director, and joined the staff at Emmanuel in August 2026. Greg and his wife Lori have three children--Kaira, Korynn and Gavin--who live on a small farm in Nashville. They love spending their time outdoors hiking, paddling, and working their farm.
