Emmanuel residency programs involve more than getting coffee and sitting in meetings.
Emmanuel residency exist to build the person building the kingdom.

What To Expect

At Emmanuel, you’ll find meaningful hands-on experience and a mentor who is invested in shepherding you along your journey. You’ll read books, make presentations, and take part in assignments designed to stretch you.


Residents will serve an average of 20 - 25 hours a week for one full year.

The program will be 12 months.
We are looking for college students in their final year of seminary or recent graduates interested in gaining practical ministry experience. High school students who are looking into the career path of ministry can also apply! 
At this time, this is not a paid position. Residents are able to have a part time job outside of their residency or work toward a part-time position on staff.
The residency program consist of opportunities to explore the ministry field and the opportunity to grow themselves as you learn. Residents will be paired with a coach for their entire residency and they will grow in educational workshops and learning, hands-on ministry, spiritual formation, and a peer-cohort.
