This position supports Kids Ministry curriculum and events at Emmanuel Church by developing, editing, and maintaining cohesion of curriculum needs for all southern region campuses and assisting in the planning and execution of Family Ministries events. Emmanuel’s Campus Directors/Pastors work under the leadership of the Associate Executive Pastor of Multisites to launch, lead and grow their local campus. The Campus Director/Pastor holds the primary responsibility for developing the campus in numeric and spiritual growth. Additionally, they champion the vision of Emmanuel to see people come to Christ and grow in Christ and develop relationships with community leaders, schools, and organizations to create thriving partnerships between Emmanuel and the community.

Emmanuel’s Associate Campus Pastor works under the leadership of the Campus Pastor to lead and grow the local campus.
