Reports to: Campus Family Ministries Pastor

Summary of Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the production needs of all Family Ministry environments, birth – High School, at the Stones Crossing Campus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead production volunteers by producing a consistent, excellent weekend service experience in the Preschool, Elementary and 56, MS & HS environments
  • Lead in recruiting, training, and developing Family Ministry production Impact Team members, and schedule through Planning Center Online
  • Oversee audio, video, and lighting during all service environments
  • Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Create and maintain stage sets
  • Maintain and update slides and video content for various family ministries environments
  • Assist with stage projects, equipment installations, set design and implementation
  • Provides support for church-wide production needs (ministry events, camps, Night of Worship, etc.)
  • Perform other related duties when requested by the Stones Crossing Family Ministries Pastor

Qualifications and Requirements

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Experience with audio, video and lighting equipment required, ProPresenter experience preferred
  • Experience in production or children’s ministry preferred

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in conflict resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational/administrative skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to learn and use Emmanuel’s systems (Rock, Planning Center, etc.) and learn and adapt to new technology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a live, weekend service environment
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible and cooperative manner, self-motivated
  • Demonstrate confidentiality and discretion when handling personal and ministry information
  • Demonstrate a servant heart with spiritual maturity and sensitivity

  • Agreement to abide by Emmanuel Church’s Expectations of a Staff Member which include:

o   Financial support of the church with your tithe

o   Attend one weekend service each week and monthly staff meetings

o   Participate in community through small group

o   Prioritize a Sabbath (one 24-hour period of time off work each week)
