Join us as we partner with Convoy of Hope to serve on US soil in Iberia, Missouri. This trip will entail partnering with the local church and local community leaders to support projects and initiatives that support Convoy’s efforts to help bring hope to each community it serves. We believe God has much in store for this week of service in Iberia. We hope you will join us!
About the Trip
This mission trip is made possible through our partnership with Convoy of Hope Field Teams. Convoy of Hope works strategically alongside local churches and community leaders throughout the United States and around the world to create sustainable, long-term impact. This trip will take place October 9-16 ,2027.
Cost: $450 + travel expenses. Estimated $800. The cost of the trip includes lodging, meals, and security-related expenses while traveling. We will rent vans/buses to drive the team while we are there and final cost will be calculated after that rental is secured!
Ministry Opportunities
Field Teams serve only where they are invited, partnering with local leaders to support projects that address specific community needs. Each trip is designed in collaboration with local partners and may include a variety of ministry and service opportunities. Participants can expect meaningful hands-on service, encouragement of local ministries, and opportunities to build relationships within the community.
While the final itinerary will be determined closer to the trip date, anticipated ministry opportunities include:
- Light construction projects
- Youth development clinics
- Sports and recreation activities with local youth
- Community engagement and outreach
- Supporting local church programs and events

Important Information
- A valid passport is required.
- Participants should be comfortable walking, standing, and working outdoors in warm weather.
- Team meetings and training sessions will be held prior to departure.

Tentative Schedule
Day 1: Travel and team orientation
Days 2–6: VBS activities, ministry projects, outreach events, and community engagement
Day 7: Team reflection, cultural experience, and restoration day
Day 8: Return travel
Fundraising
Participants are encouraged to invite family members, friends, and church members to partner with them through prayer and financial support. Fundraising resources, tools, and guidance will be provided throughout the team preparation process.
